25 Aug Coming Soon to Leadsius – Q3, 2015
As always, our dev team has been sifting through feature requests and other planned upgrades in order to keep our roadmap here at Leadsius up-to-date. Heading into this fall we have a lot on our plate (in a good way) and felt it would be nice to share some of the upgrades and other hard work that we expect to come to light relatively soon.
If you happen to be using Leadsius and ever have any suggestions on how Leadsius could be improved we encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions with us by visiting support.leadsius.com and filing a ticket with our team.
Having said that, lets take a closer look at what’s in store heading into this fall.
1. Drag & Drop Email Editor Upgrades
Earlier this year and much to the delight of everyone using Leadsius, we ushered in a brand new drag & drop email editor. While this has been a great addition to the platform, we still have more in-store to improve this particular area.
We will soon be introducing a mobile previewer, allowing you to quickly preview the way your email will render on both mobile phone and tablet so that you can really nail it when it comes to your email design. Another useful function we’ll be introducing is the undo/redo button as well as disabling the “backspace” functionality on your keyboard that might result in you losing valuable work as a result of a key-stroke mishap.
We’re also working on the ability to quickly render thumbnail images for videos as well as a social share function for your emails. We can’t place a date on all of this just yet, but we felt it was important that you all get a, “behind the scenes look” at what we’re working on, thanks to the feedback all of you have provided to us!
To recap on the email editor upgrades we’re working on, here’s what we’ve got coming:
- mobile device previews
- social share
- video thumbnail rendering
- undo/redo button
- disable backspace page refresh function
2. Multiple Admin Email Notifications
Currently with Leadsius, users are able to trigger notifications to staff members to boost sales enablement and reduce the risk of losing qualified leads simply because they slipped through the cracks.
We’re planning to beef up this area by allowing you to send multiple notifications to multiple staff members simultaneously. What’s more, send them to whomever you please by simply typing in the email of your intended recipient (this doesn’t have to be someone from directly within your organization, for example).
We can confidently say that this release has been pushed to most accounts and will be fully rolled out by the end of the week!
3. Bug Sweeps
In life you may have heard the (rather grim) saying that only two things are for certain, death and taxes. Well in the SaaS world, you can add ‘bugs’ somewhere in the middle of the other two.
For the past few months our development team has been working hard to do major ‘house-cleaning’ of sorts and while this is something Leadsius users may not feel in the way that you feel a fancy new release, it’s critical for us to get these bugs cleaned up. So while we don’t have anything fancy to show you in regards to bugs, we just want you to know that we’re hard at work cleaning them up and want to thank you for your help in bringing many of them to our attention.
Thanks for keeping up with us and we’re looking forward to heading into to fall with all of you!
