You need to attract visitors to with something that is worth their time and attention to get them to your website. The first thing you need to do is drive traffic to your website, which is very important. There are many different ways to get website traffic, but before you get started with that, hold on a moment, and answer the following questions:
- What different positions are there at the buyer company?
- What questions do these people have to answer during their buying process?
- What are your answers to the customer’s questions?
Once you have answered these questions correctly, you can produce material that answers your customers’ questions and that is important. This could be relevant information, in the form of presentations, guides or reports, presented in a way that is interesting, entertaining or that engages the visitor in another way.
Drive website traffic
However, the thing is, you have to get the visitor to go there for the first time so that they can discover what a treasure trove of knowledge and information your website. How do you do that? A fantastic website is surely not very fantastic if no one visits it! Here are some examples to help you get started:
Search engine optimisation (SEO) is an art and science in itself, but in essence, you could say that it strives to get a website to be shown as high up as possible among search engines’ search results and drive website traffic. Better your rank more the traffic and is like gold to any website.
Pay per click (PPC) gives you the opportunity to increase the traffic to your website for a fixed price per visitor attracted. World of PPC starts with Google AdWords, the most common form of pay per click (PPC) where you place a bid on search words and pay Google a fixed amount once a visitor clicks on your ad and arrives at your website and Drive website traffic. The disadvantage is that, the more popular the search word you have, the higher your price will be for each person that clicks on your ad. So it is key that the visitor also becomes your customer.
In addition, putting ads on Facebook or LinkedIn Ads can also help you drive hugh amount of traffic, if managed in a proper way.
Very important in today’s world, the Social media would require its very own series of reports to be explained, but as byers use social media in one form or another to interact with others and access information about goods and services, it is something you can hardly afford to overlook. Blogs, Facebook pages, Youtube or Twitter accounts are easy ways to communicate, interact and present offers to interested, potential and drive traffic.
