Inbound marketing – what is it?

Inbound marketing is the marketing method that primarily focuses on helping companies get discovered by its targeted customers in a hassle-free way. In traditional marketing known as outbound marketing, companies find their customers. Inbound marketing enables companies be found by their customers.

Why inbound marketing?

The Internet has changed marketing from top to bottom. With buyers increasingly using the Internet to search for information and evaluate different options, sales staff get less time with customers. The result is that existing and prospective customers have much higher competence levels these days; they know their stuff.

With this changed customer behavior in mind, we’ve created a simple method to develop an inbound marketing plan. No advertising tricks or buzzwords.

Here is a visual of the five easy steps that serve as a framework for developing your inbound marketing plan based upon Leadsius’ own experience.
